Our local territory is north Sacramento to Fresno and from Jamestown to the coast. We handle small jobs, but also have the ability and confidence to handle jobs up to $3,000,000.00.
In addition, we are bondable up to +$5,000,000.00.

Gowan Construction started out in the Tracy, CA home of it's owners, Carl and Regina Gowan. We are now located in The Tracy Executive Center, an office building that the company remodeled.
